Eligibility Criteria:
To obtain these scholarships, candidate
- must not undertake their leadership activities in a country where they hold citizenship, dual citizenship, or permanent residency.
- must be from America, Asia, Africa, the Caribbean, Europe, the middle east, or the Pacific.
- must begin their program no later than January and no later than November.
- must carry out their activities in Australia and must not be Australian citizens/dual nationals or permanent residents.
- must not have previously received an Endeavour Scholarship in the same category
- must be 18 years or older at the start of their leadership activity
- should not be eligible for other Australian Government-sponsored mobility, scholarship, or fellowship incentives
Benefits:
Master’s Degree: Up to AU$ 140,500 (INR 76.84 Lakh).
PhD: Up to AU$ 272,500 (INR 1.49 Cr).
Tuition Fees: Up to AU$ 15,000 (INR 8.20 Lakh) per semester.
Monthly Stipend: AU$ 3,000 (INR 1.64 Lakh), up to a maximum of AU$ 36,000 (INR 19.69 Lakh) per year.
Travel Stipend: Up to AU$ 3,000 (INR 1.64 Lakh), with a potential increase to AU$ 4,500 (INR 2.46 Lakh) in exceptional circumstances.
Establishment Allowance: AU$ 2,000 (INR 1.09 Lakh) to AU$ 4,000 (INR 2.18 Lakh), depending on the award category.
Health Insurance: Provided for the duration of the award.
Travel Insurance: Provided (excluding international beneficiaries during the program).
Tuition Expenses: Up to AU$ 30,000 (INR 16.40 Lakh) per calendar year, paid pro-rata up to the maximum study/research length.
