Apple’s latest flagship lineup, the iPhone 16 series, is now available for pre-order in India, with the first sales slated to begin on September 20, 2024. The series includes four models: iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max. These devices bring cutting-edge technology, improved performance, and new features, attracting high anticipation from Apple fans across the country.

Where to Pre-order

Customers in India can pre-order the iPhone 16 series through the Apple Store Online, as well as Apple’s two retail outlets in BKC, Mumbai, and Saket, Delhi. Besides Apple’s official channels, the new smartphones are also available for pre-order at partner stores and select retail chains, including Tata’s Croma and Vijay Sales.

iPhone 16 Series: Pre-order Offers

Apple has introduced a range of offers to make it easier for customers to get their hands on the latest iPhones. Here’s a breakdown of the major pre-order deals:

  • Instant Cashback: Customers can avail an instant cashback of Rs 5,000 on purchases made using select bank cards. Participating banks include American Express, Axis Bank, and ICICI Bank.
  • No-cost EMI Options: Apple is also offering no-cost EMI plans for up to six months. This option allows users to pay for their iPhones in equated monthly instalments (EMIs) without incurring any additional interest.
  • Trade-in Program: Apple has a trade-in program where customers can exchange their older iPhones for a new iPhone 16 series device. Apple is offering up to Rs 67,500 for older iPhone models, depending on the condition and model of the device being traded in. The trade-in value can be used towards purchasing a new iPhone.
  • Apple Services Bundle: As part of the pre-order promotion, customers who buy an iPhone 16 will receive a three-month subscription to Apple Music, Apple TV+, and Apple Arcade at no extra cost. This subscription offer adds value by allowing users to enjoy Apple’s ecosystem of entertainment and gaming services.

What to Expect from the iPhone 16 Series

The iPhone 16 series continues Apple’s legacy of combining advanced technology with sleek design. The devices are powered by the latest A18 Bionic chip, offering a significant boost in performance and efficiency. The iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max models come with a 120Hz ProMotion display, LiDAR scanner, and improved camera systems, aimed at professional users and content creators.

The iPhone 16 series also introduces iOS 18, which features enhanced customization, a revamped control center, and the much-anticipated App Lock for better privacy. The Game Mode and updates to the Photos and Messages apps further add to the appeal of these devices.

Conclusion

With pre-orders now open and the sale date set for September 20, the iPhone 16 series is expected to generate strong demand in India. With attractive pre-order offers, including cashback, no-cost EMI options, and a generous trade-in program, Apple has made it easier for both new and returning customers to upgrade to its latest iPhone lineup. Whether opting for the base iPhone 16 or going all-in with the iPhone 16 Pro Max, users can look forward to a cutting-edge mobile experience.
