300+ Media Platforms Amplify the Message of Women’s Empowerment Across India and Beyond

By Westferry Times News Desk

Hyderabad, India: In an inspiring evening dedicated to recognising excellence, leadership, and social impact, the Nari Shakti Awards 2026 and the launch of the Nari Shakti Forum brought together distinguished leaders, diplomats, entrepreneurs, educators, and social change-makers at Hotel Marigold, Hyderabad. Organised jointly by GOADH Foundation and Bharat Ke Anmol, the event celebrated women whose contributions continue to shape communities and inspire future generations.

A Celebration of Extraordinary Women

The ceremony honoured 35 women achievers from across India, representing fields including public service, healthcare, education, media, entrepreneurship, social service, and community leadership. Their stories reflected courage, determination, and an unwavering commitment to creating positive change in society.

Among the distinguished awardees were women who have broken barriers, championed social causes, and demonstrated exemplary leadership in their respective fields. The awards served not only as recognition of individual accomplishments but also as a tribute to the growing role of women in nation-building and inclusive development.

Distinguished Dignitaries Grace the Occasion

The event was attended by several eminent personalities, including:

  • Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy, Senior BJP leader and former MLC;
  • Amita Desai, Honorary Consul of Germany in Hyderabad;
  • Shabana Sultana, Honorary Consul of Tunisia;
  • Dr. Rohit Gupta, President of the Eurasia Afro Chamber of Commerce; and
  • Dr. Geeta Singh, Director, University of Delhi.

Their presence underscored the significance of creating platforms that recognise women’s achievements and encourage greater participation of women in leadership and public life.

Launch of the Nari Shakti Forum: A Vision for Sustainable Empowerment

One of the defining moments of the evening was the launch of the Nari Shakthi Forum by Dr. Mohammad Nizamuddin, Founder of Bharat Ke Anmol.

The newly established forum has been envisioned as a long-term platform dedicated to:

  • Promoting women’s leadership and mentorship;
  • Encouraging entrepreneurship and professional growth;
  • Supporting social and developmental initiatives;
  • Creating networking opportunities for women across sectors; and
  • Amplifying women’s voices at local, national, and international levels.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Mohammad Nizamuddin (Dr. Nizam) said that the Nari Shakti Awards were instituted to honour women whose courage, resilience, and service inspire meaningful transformation in society. He emphasised that women’s empowerment is not merely a social objective but a national imperative, and reaffirmed his commitment to building platforms that recognise excellence and encourage leadership among women from all walks of life.

His vision for the Nari Shakti Forum reflects a broader commitment to creating sustainable ecosystems where women can lead, mentor, innovate, and contribute to social progress.

Remarkable Media Success and Global Visibility

The impact of the event extended far beyond the walls of the venue.

According to the Media Coverage Report, the Nari Shakti Awards 2026 achieved exceptional visibility:

  • Organic editorial coverage through Hindusthan Samachar News Agency, News24, Dainik Bhaskar, and several regional media platforms;
  • Coverage by 22+ Telugu and English-language media organisations across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh;
  • Google News indexing, significantly enhancing online discoverability;
  • Syndication across 200+ digital news and publishing platforms nationwide; and
  • Features on leading platforms including ANI, Latestly, Lokmat Times, Punjab Kesari (English), WebIndia123, Delhi Live News, and numerous national and international publications.

Collectively, the event generated visibility across more than 300 media and digital publishing platforms, ensuring that the stories of the awardees and the mission of the Nari Shakthi Forum reached audiences across India and internationally.

A Platform with Purpose

The Nari Shakti Awards 2026 represented far more than an awards ceremony. They symbolised a growing movement dedicated to recognising women’s achievements, fostering leadership, and building inclusive opportunities for future generations.

The launch of the Nari Shakti Forum marks the beginning of a promising initiative that aims to become a meaningful platform for mentorship, collaboration, and empowerment. By bringing together women leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, and social advocates, the forum seeks to encourage collective action and inspire positive societal transformation.

As the evening concluded with felicitation ceremonies, group photographs, and a collective pledge towards equality and empowerment, one message resonated strongly: when women are empowered, communities flourish and nations progress.
