In a significant partnership, Awfis Space Solutions (Awfis) has entered a service agreement with the National Stock Exchange (NSE) to design, build, and manage two floors spanning approximately 1.65 lakh sq. ft. at Adani Inspire in the Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai. This agreement marks a strategic collaboration between Awfis and one of India’s premier financial institutions, reinforcing Awfis’ commitment to delivering tailored, high-quality workspace solutions.

A strategic location in the heart of Mumbai’s business district

The new office space at Adani Inspire is situated in Mumbai’s vibrant business hub, BKC, a prime location for corporate offices due to its excellent connectivity and access to major transport routes. BKC is served by the Aqua Line of the Underground Metro and is close to the Bandra suburban railway station, providing convenient access for NSE employees and clients. Awfis already operates a coworking center within Adani Inspire, and this expansion allows it to solidify its presence in one of Mumbai’s most coveted commercial areas.

Adani Inspire, a 10-story commercial complex, is designed with modern amenities and energy-efficient infrastructure, making it an ideal choice for forward-looking companies like NSE. The building’s strategic location and proximity to various social and commercial amenities add to its appeal, attracting numerous multinational corporations and financial institutions.

Awfis’ role in creating a state-of-the-art office for NSE

Awfis will be responsible not only for the management of the office space but also for its complete design and build-out, ensuring that the final space aligns with NSE’s brand, culture, and operational needs. By undertaking this end-to-end service, Awfis underscores its expertise in providing flexible, scalable workspace solutions that prioritize employee well-being and productivity.

NSE’s decision to collaborate with Awfis for this expansive office space highlights the latter’s growing reputation in India’s commercial real estate market. Known for its focus on customer experience and attention to detail, Awfis has a history of creating spaces that blend aesthetic appeal with functionality. In the current post-pandemic work environment, companies are increasingly looking for workspace solutions that accommodate hybrid work models, facilitate collaboration, and offer employees a comfortable, adaptable environment. Awfis’ approach aligns well with these trends, allowing it to cater to modern business needs effectively.

A deal facilitated by rounak real estate consultants

The partnership between Awfis and NSE was facilitated by Rounak Real Estate Consultants, an advisory firm with a reputation for prime commercial and industrial real estate offerings. Rounak Real Estate played a critical role in connecting NSE with Awfis, understanding NSE’s requirements, and recommending Awfis as the best partner to meet their workspace needs. The firm’s expertise in commercial real estate was instrumental in securing this deal, showcasing their ability to bring together the right stakeholders for high-profile partnerships in the Indian real estate sector.

Expanding Awfis’ footprint in Mumbai

With this agreement, Awfis has further expanded its footprint in Mumbai, strengthening its presence within the highly competitive BKC area. The company’s continued growth in the city speaks to the increasing demand for flexible office solutions and shared workspaces, especially in prime locations. Awfis has rapidly expanded across India’s major cities, adapting to market demand and positioning itself as a leader in the coworking and managed office solutions market.

The demand for such flexible, managed office solutions has grown significantly as companies adopt hybrid working models and prioritize flexible leases over traditional long-term commitments. Awfis has been at the forefront of this shift, offering an extensive portfolio of coworking spaces and customized offices for businesses of all sizes. Its ability to handle large projects for blue-chip clients like NSE demonstrates its capacity to deliver on complex requirements while maintaining a strong emphasis on quality and service.

A future-focused workspace solution for NSE

The collaboration between Awfis and NSE is set to deliver a cutting-edge workspace designed with employee well-being and productivity in mind. Awfis will incorporate modern design elements and advanced facilities to create a conducive work environment for NSE’s workforce, reflecting NSE’s standing as one of the country’s most respected financial institutions.

By delivering a seamless design-build-manage model, Awfis is helping NSE to focus on its core business operations without the additional administrative burden of managing real estate logistics. This strategic approach aligns well with NSE’s vision of fostering innovation and operational excellence within its teams.

The partnership between Awfis Space Solutions and NSE for the new office space at Adani Inspire underscores Awfis’ expertise in creating customized workspace solutions tailored to the evolving needs of modern businesses. The expansion at BKC, coupled with Awfis’ end-to-end service offering, highlights the company’s ability to cater to high-profile clients and adapt to the dynamic demands of the real estate market. With its strategic location, advanced infrastructure, and Awfis’ holistic workspace solutions, the new NSE office is set to become a model of modern, efficient, and employee-centric design in India’s financial capital.
